Please read all instructions carefully before registration and audio submission.

Registration Fee: Rs. 500 Audio Upload: June 11, 12, 13 AI + Manual Review Paid Students Only Online Certificates

1. Purpose of the Competition

The Inter-School Online Reading Olympiad 2026 is designed to improve students' reading skills, pronunciation, fluency, confidence, voice clarity, and English reading culture. The competition will be conducted through online audio submission.

2. Eligibility

  • Only registered students are eligible to participate.
  • The registration fee is Rs. 500.
  • The fee can be paid through any Bank App, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Kuickpay using the Kuickpay Payment ID.
  • Only paid and verified students will be included in final checking and result processing.
  • Student information must be accurate, especially name, class, school name, and WhatsApp number.

3. Student Login & Reading Page

  • Each student will access the student portal using the Registration Number and WhatsApp Number.
  • The official reading passage will be visible on the student page.
  • Students must read the official passage displayed on the Olympiad portal.
  • Reading any other text instead of the official passage may lead to disqualification.
  • The student portal will also provide audio upload, result, and certificate download options after verification.

4. Audio Upload Schedule

Official Audio Upload Window:
Students will upload their reading audio on June 11, 12, and 13.
  • Students must submit audio within the official upload window.
  • Audio upload may be closed after the deadline.
  • Late submission approval or rejection will be at the discretion of the management.

5. Audio Upload Rules

  • Audio must be clear and understandable.
  • Background noise should be minimal.
  • The student must record the audio in his/her own voice.
  • AI voice, edited voice, dubbing, music, or another person's voice is not allowed.
  • Supported formats may include MP3, WAV, M4A, or WEBM.
  • The recommended file size limit is 10MB to 15MB.

6. Delete & Re-upload Facility

  • Students may be allowed to delete and re-upload audio before the deadline.
  • This facility will be limited to the allowed attempt limit, recommended maximum 2 attempts.
  • After the deadline, delete and re-upload options may be disabled.
  • The final audio available in the system at the deadline will be treated as the official submission.

7. Result Checking Method

Submitted audio will be checked through AI scoring and manual review. AI scoring may review pronunciation, fluency, pauses, speed, clarity, and reading accuracy. Final result approval may include manual verification by the judges/management.

9. Result Announcement

  • Results will be published after checking, verification, and review.
  • The expected result processing time is 5–7 working days after the audio upload deadline.
  • Result updates will be published on the Olympiad portal and may also be shared through WhatsApp updates.
  • The decision of the judges/management will be final.

10. Prizes

  • 1st Prize: Rs. 12,000
  • 2nd Prize: Rs. 8,000
  • 3rd Prize: Rs. 5,000

11. Online Participation Certificates

Every registered and verified participant will receive an online participation certificate.
  • Certificates will be available online after result verification.
  • Students will be able to download certificates from the student portal.
  • Certificate download will require student login using Registration Number and WhatsApp Number.
  • Certificates may be issued only to verified participants who meet the competition requirements.

12. Disqualification Rules

A student may be disqualified in the following cases:
  • Providing incorrect or false information.
  • Payment not verified.
  • Using AI voice, edited audio, dubbing, or another person's voice.
  • Reading a text other than the official passage.
  • Submitting audio after the deadline without approval.
  • Violation of competition rules or unfair participation.

13. Important Note

The management reserves the right to update the schedule, audio upload process, checking method, result announcement process, or certificate release process when required. Official updates will be published on the Olympiad portal.
